Join DGT™ in our celebration of kindness and generosity!
Our Festival of Giving is a one-of-a-kind event of kindness, service projects, and community collaboration
DGT's new one-of-a-kind community festival will bring together a wide range of Twin Cities families to celebrate kindness and generosity!
We are collaborating with a variety of local organizations to offer fun activities focused on “giving back.”
What wonderful opportunity to see #KindnessInAction! Stay tuned to updates and RSVP your "interest" in attending by visiting the event tab of our DGT-Twin Cities Facebook page. Be sure to follow these hashtags on social media too: #FestivalOfGiving #DGTfestival #KindnessInAction
Activities will include:
Hands-on service projects to make on the spot, similar to those offered in our DGT Family Service Fairs
Multicultural performances and kid-friendly demonstrations
Giant cooperative kindness art installation
Clothesline of donated socks
Food and drink available for purchase
Many more projects still being planned
Clothesline of donated socks: If you can, please bring a pair of new socks (any size) to hang on our community Sock Line. All socks will be donated to a local shelter.
Tickets: $5 each or $20 maximum per family
Special thanks to our generous sponsors!
We offer several levels of sponsorship – from $1,000 to $10,000. Each option will give your brand positive exposure – and a variety of benefits including event tickets, recognition at the Festival, and mentions in social media across all Doing Good Together™ platforms! You’ll also be supporting DGT’s mission: to grow the next generation of kind, generous, and engaged citizens.
Consider being a SWAG SPONSOR by simply providing 300 identical items (branded with your name and logo) that encourage families to give back to the community. We would be happy to help you choose an item. (Or select from one of DGT’s kindness-themed products!) All items must be approved by Doing Good Together.
